In-Person Hearings

In-person hearings for this Division may be held at either the Santa Fe Courthouse or the Tierra Amarilla Courthouse. Please refer to your Notice of Hearing for more information about your hearing, including whether it will be held remotely through Google Meet or in-person, as well as the courthouse where it will be held in.

In order to ensure that you receive proper notice of your hearing, self-represented parties are to notify the court in writing if there is a change in their contact information (mailing address/phone number/email address). You may do this by completing a Notice of Change of Address form and filing it with the clerk’s office.

Counsel is responsible for signing up for electronic service and for ensuring that the email provided is accurate.

Notices are mailed to any self-represented party and are delivered electronically to all attorneys who are currently registered for electronic service in a case.
