In-Person Hearings

Pursuant to the New Mexico Supreme Court Order No. 20-8500-015 effective 7/19/2021, Bench trials, Kinship/Guardianship, Orders of Protection, Probates, Sequestered, Termination of Parental Rights, Pretrial Detention, Preliminary Examinations, Competency Evidentiary hearings, Pleas, Sentencing, Bench Trials, Probation Violation (if defendant is out of custody, facing jail time and evidentiary) hearings must be conducted in person. Trials may be conducted in person if approved by the Chief Judge.
